For us, candidate profiling is a bi-product of managing absolute searches and is often a particularly helpful tool when clients are interested in benchmarking and internal pool of candidates against those individuals within the marketplace. We are not trained occupational psychologists, however we are quite often asked to conduct thorough, competency based interviewing and assessment of internal candidates in conjunction with providing a number of individuals from other firms.
