Jonathan Dodge – Operations & Business Support
 
Entering the City in 1984, Jonathan worked within operations & controlling before a move to project consulting led to his first involvement in recruitment in 1990. After developing and leading two high-end financial services recruitment houses he moved into executive search before joining Firth Ross Martin in 2010. Active within the operations & business support sector his entire career, Jonathan offers particular focus within investment banking, asset management and similar financial services organisations.

Bradley Cooke - Technology

Bradley's background includes years of experience within a number of premier search organisations within the technology space. He joined Firth Ross Martin in 2003 to run the technology practice.
