In the article, the news source notes the number of individuals with the qualification recruited in Russia has increased for the second consecutive year, demonstrating an annual rise of 22 per cent.

It points to the strong manufacturing industry, recovering retail and financial sectors and rich natural resources in Russia as reasons for its high levels of demand for talented and accomplished people and substantial salaries.

Such management professionals enable the nation to compete on the international stage and the source suggests: "In a bid to regain its past glory, the country is looking at MBAs to drive its business and economy."
